They charged us $1,000. While we only had one "problem" dog, they claimed the entire "pack" needed to be trained. The trainer came to our house 3 times and made very little progress. Since she could not succeed, she started blaming us. The "guarantee" is that they will continue to come to your house for the lifetime of the dog. Why would one want an ineffective trainer to continue to come back? We got swindled out of $1,000. Don't let this happen to you.
