I need help to breed mice?!?

Hello! i am a proud bearded dragon owner and i am tired of paying xxx amounts of money for pinkies and i want to start to breed. i have a 30 gallon tank am going to put wood chips in it and a water bottle( like for hamsters.) it has a mesh lid and what should i feed them? i have heard you can feed them dog food? will they be able to survive on just dog food or MUST i feed different diets? if so what should it be and how often? and i have a heated garage which stays about 55 60 degrees. is this warm enough for mice? or can i put something in there to keep it heated? they are going in the garage because i have heard almost everywhere that male mice are very smelly. and dont want my house to stink. also i have a female year old bearded dragon and a year old male bearded dragon. about how many mice will be efficient enough be able to feed both my dragons pinkies a few times a week? and please any other info will be very helpful!!!
