Is Santa Real? I need 2 know?

I'm not a kid just to let you know so you don't have to lie to me. Is he real? i don't want to know about the past. I know there was a saint Nicolas and stuff but I want to know if Santa is still alive and is the one who leaves presents under the tree. Is he real? I mean seriously real?
