How can sanitation be used to help prevent/cure HIV and AIDS?

Sanitation refers to the sanitation branch of the WHO organization. I need to figure out how Sanitation can help with obliterating the disease or preventing it. I've already come up with clean needles, cord blood transfusions, alcohol pads, condoms, and C-sections.
