I am a cutter and i need help!?

by this point its an addiction i really need help. it is very hard for me to even put this on here. my mother doesn't know and i don't want to tell her for fear of what she'll do! my friends don't know either. they know i used to but they don't know i started again its mortifying to tell people. what do i do?
