Bleeding after !!?

I had a tubaligation Oct. 2nd, along with an ablation (so no more periods) and a DNC. I just had for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and again Friday. Kinda rough Friday and I've been bleeding ever since. Kinda like a period but I'm not supposed to have a period! His package is larger than average and I did have some pain during and made him stop. Felt kinda like he stabbed my insides, or poked something and it hurt really bad! Whats going on?? I'm kinda embared to call my gyno up lol
