Converting text to math.?

I would like to know if there's a that converts a doent into math. For example, Aristotle's Organon, which covers logic. The first chapter of the Organon cover categorization. The program would take this first chapter and establish a mathematical equation that does the exact same thing and then put this equation into an Excel spreadsheet, then move on to the next chapter and so on until it finished the book. Is there a program that does this? If so, where can I find it?
