Do u thinks girl's are growing up too fast?

like the other day,i see these 14-year-old girls with nose rings,belly on peircings, wearing tons of makeup,long hair extensions,long fake nails,etc. and dressing like complete SIuts.it seems like yesterday,when they were playing with their barbie dolls.don't u think girls are growing uo just too fast?i mean really..
