Help with foot injury?
physio and mage therapy will help to regain your range of motion and heal faster, also stretching and strengthening exercises prescribed by the physio/mage therapist will help. dont try to stretch or strengthen it yourself if you dont know what you're doing, you could end up doing more damage. you can also use heat on it to help create more blood flow in order to get nutrition back into the injured area to take out any waste there or ice if theres swelling. dont use heat if you have swelling, it will only make it worse. instead put your foot up on a pillow and put an ice pack on it for 10 mins, take it off for 10, put it back on for 10 and that should help decrease swelling and flush the area.
