Is it possible to get bengal cats under $400 dollars?

If your not sure about a sight that has cats, don't use it. Many "breeders" can be kitten/puppy mills. As for looking for a less expensive Bengal, try a shelter. You'd be surprised, & if they don't have purebred Bengals, they usually have ones that while a mix, have the beautiful Bengal markings.
