My husband has just told me?

that he is going to see a solicitor to start divorcee proceedings, i think that it has been coming for a while as we have not been happy for a long time. where do i stand legally with the house, we have a 4 year old, it is really difficult to live with someone who has just asked for a divorcee. any advice will be appreciated.
