Pokemon Fire Red Gym Leader Glitch!?

Yes I have played the game and encountered that same glitch, and yes it is a glitch, just its not a good glitch, I cant remember what I did to get the glitch but I remember the only thing I was able to do was to restart my data over cuz every time I would go on my data it was like I had no point in playing because I couldn't beat it if I couldn't beat all the gym leaders. The best thing for you to do is restart your data like I did, 'I know it sucks and you probably wont feel like playing over".
