Does calcium form ionic or covalent bonds with sulfur?

I have to make a ball-and-stick model for calcium sulfate and I need to know whether there are single, double, or triple covalent bonds or ionic bonds. And also how many valence electrons there are. Thank you if you answer this soon! I need all the help I can get!
