My 4 month old baby girl had a bad fall....?

On Friday, I was making my baby milk, I had her in the bouncer and I put the bouncer on top of the kitchen counter (big mistake) I only did this because she was crying and when she watches me doing stuff she gets entertained and stops crying. I turned around to pour the water in the bottle and she kicked so hard that the she made the bouncer fall of the counter with her in it. She was face down, I picked her up and she was crying hysterically. I called 911, anyways to make a long story short, doc said she is fine and there is no need to do a cat scan because that's too much radiation for a 4 mth old. Doc said she seems normal, she was there for 4 hrs and they checked up on her every 10 mins. The only thing that appears to be different is that she has been throwing up most of her food after feedings, she did this about 5x since Friday. I have a check up appt tomorrow, I hope she is all well. Does the throwing up have anything to do with the fall?Should I request a catscan, concussion?
