Is playing in Medical Waste bad?

Okay so after school every day my friends and I always go to the back of the local hospital and play in the dumpster of medical waste there. Occasionally we get pricked by needles and contract diseases but it's always fun and we met a man made of the waste inside! Is this really bad for us or can we keep doing it???
