What is the best work out regiment for me?

It sounds like Crossfit would be a great new program for you to try out, along with a good diet such as the Zone diet or Paleo diet if your more dedicated.Its an amazing program!You can check out their website and do the WOD (workout of day) all on your own at the gym you have access too.To learn the technique of Crossfit you can watch all of the tutorials they have on their site as well.I hope this helps, I highly recommend it!
